  1. Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve store sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service skills.
  3. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming store environment for customers and employees.
  4. Ensure store operations are running smoothly, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and daily tasks.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase sales.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized assistance and building brand loyalty.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers and make informed buying decisions.
  8. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling of sales associates.
  10. Collaborate with district and regional managers to achieve company goals and objectives.
  11. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Sunglass Hut's image and values to customers and employees.
  13. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and provide feedback.
  14. Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience and drive sales through innovative ideas and initiatives.
  15. Uphold safety and security protocols to protect employees, customers, and company assets.
