  1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Sunglass Hut store.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase store revenue.
  4. Train and onboard new employees, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and company policies.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with current fashion trends in eyewear.
  7. Ensure the store is visually appealing and products are displayed effectively.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Create and maintain staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage and maximize productivity.
  10. Assist in inventory management, including receiving and organizing shipments, and conducting regular stock checks.
  11. Collaborate with other members of the management team to achieve overall store goals.
  12. Uphold company standards and policies, including visual merchandising guidelines and loss prevention procedures.
  13. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  14. Participate in store meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company updates and new products.
  15. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where team members feel supported and valued.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Optical Products And Services: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Various Optical Products Such As Sunglasses, Prescription Glasses, And Contact Lenses.
