- Participate in budget planning and monitor expenses related to logistics operations.
- Investigate and resolve any issues or complaints related to logistics, working closely with customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve logistics operations.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of logistics operations.

Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Proven Experience In Managing Logistics Operations, Preferably In The Retail Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Transportation, Warehousing, Inventory Management, And Supply Chain Processes.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Logistical Issues.
