- Oversee and manage the logistics operations for Sunglass Hut, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring the movement of products from suppliers to stores.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to stores, maintaining inventory levels and minimizing stock shortages.
- Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to negotiate rates and terms, and monitor performance to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and logistics activities.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, carriers, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Lead and manage a team of logistics staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics and supply chain management.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Logistics And Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Retail Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes And Systems, Including Inventory Management, Transportation, And Distribution.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.
