4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
5. Oversee the procurement of transportation services and negotiate contracts with carriers.

7. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers.
8. Manage and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize excess inventory.
9. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline logistics operations.
10. Train and supervise logistics team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
12. Develop and manage logistics budgets and control costs to meet financial targets.
13. Communicate and collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and achievement of company goals.
14. Generate reports and provide regular updates to senior management on logistics performance and initiatives.
15. Lead and participate in special projects and initiatives related to logistics and supply chain management.
