8. Oversee and manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.

11. Participate in various HR projects and initiatives, including diversity and inclusion efforts.
12. Participate in recruitment efforts, including conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations.
13. Serve as a liaison between employees and management, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
