- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with leaders to identify and address workforce needs, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures, as well as federal and state employment laws.
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on handling employee concerns.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Oversee and manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve and enhance HR programs and processes.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in various HR projects and initiatives, including diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Participate in recruitment efforts, including conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Continuously strive to improve and enhance the employee experience at Sunglass Hut.
- Stay current on all HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate any potential risks.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Hr Business Partner Role Or Similar Hr Role
Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including Employment Law And Compliance Requirements
Strong Communication Skills And The Ability To Build Relationships With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization
Experience In Hr Strategy Development And Implementation, Including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, And Employee Development.
