As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping and driving our company culture, while providing strategic HR support to our employees and leaders. - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to leaders and managers, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and address any people-related issues or concerns, and offer solutions to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees on various HR topics, such as performance management, diversity and inclusion, and employee relations.
- Oversee and manage the performance evaluation process, providing coaching and guidance to managers on effective performance management techniques.
- Conduct investigations and manage the resolution of employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
- Stay up-to-date on HR laws, regulations, and industry best practices, and make recommendations for policy and process improvements.
- Manage and maintain HR data and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, such as wellness programs, team building activities, and recognition programs.
- Partner with the compensation and benefits team to ensure competitive and fair compensation and benefits packages are offered to employees.
- Handle any other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned by the HR Manager or senior leadership.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Hr Business Partner Role, Preferably In The Retail Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including Employment Law, Compensation And Benefits, And Performance Management.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies, Policies, And Procedures To Support Business Goals And Objectives.
