- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives of Sunglass Hut.
- Serve as a strategic partner to retail store managers, providing guidance and support on all HR related matters.
- Conduct regular workforce planning and analysis to ensure proper staffing levels and talent management within retail stores.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for retail store positions, ensuring a diverse and qualified workforce.
- Provide coaching and support to store managers on performance management and employee relations issues.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement training and development programs for retail store employees.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Analyze HR data and provide insights and recommendations to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
- Partner with the HR team to identify and address any employee relations issues and develop solutions to improve employee satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry and market trends and best practices to continuously improve HR strategies and initiatives.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Sunglass Hut and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR leadership team.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Retail Or Fashion Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including Employment Law, Benefits, And Compensation.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With All Levels Of The Organization.
Demonstrated Experience In Providing Strategic Hr Support, Including Talent Management, Employee Relations, And Performance Management.
