Assistant Manager II

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Assistant Manager II to join our Sunglass Hut team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and customer service, a passion for fashion, and a drive to succeed. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager with the daily operations of the store, as well as providing excellent customer service to all customers.The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications: high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of retail experience, 1+ years of experience in a supervisory role, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the candidate must be organized and have the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and projects. Responsibilities:

1. Assist Store Manager in day-to-day operations of the store, including overseeing staff and delegating tasks.
2. Maintain store compliance with company policies and procedures.
3. Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
4. Monitor store inventory and ensure that shelves are stocked with merchandise.
5. Ensure store is clean and organized at all times.
6. Assist in the training and development of store staff.
7. Develop strategies to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
8. Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve results.
9. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
10. Assist with budgeting and financial planning.
