Sunglass Hut is looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager II. The ideal candidate will oversee daily store operations, provide outstanding customer service, and strive to exceed sales targets. To be successful, you must have excellent organizational and communication skills, an enthusiasm for customer service, and a passion for the Sunglass Hut brand.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, with a focus on customer service and sales. We are looking for an individual who is results-driven, able to think strategically, and has the ability to motivate and inspire a team. A strong knowledge of the Sunglass Hut product range is preferred.We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated, organized, and driven to exceed goals. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily store operations and ensure efficient customer service.
  2. Exceed sales targets and strive to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  3. Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to team members.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
  5. Train and motivate team members to achieve the highest level of performance.
  6. Ensure compliance with Sunglass Hut policies and procedures.
  7. Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are correctly displayed.
  8. Foster a positive and professional work environment.
  9. Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  10. Maintain a strong knowledge of the Sunglass Hut product range.
