Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Sunglass Hut is looking for a passionate and creative Affiliate Marketing Specialist with a strong background in digital marketing and affiliate marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing an effective affiliate marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and maximize revenue.You should have a strong understanding of online marketing channels, analytics tools, and the ability to foster relationships with affiliates. If you have a knack for driving results and are eager to join a growing team, then we want to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field• 3+ years' experience in affiliate marketing and/or digital marketing• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment• Proven ability to achieve results in a highly competitive market• Familiarity with affiliate marketing networks and platforms such as Commission Junction, ShareASale, and AvantLink

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute an effective affiliate marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and maximize revenue.
2. Monitor and analyze affiliate program performance, identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
3. Foster relationships with affiliates to increase customer acquisition and revenue.
4. Develop targeted campaigns to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
5. Utilize analytics tools to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
6. Create and maintain reports to track progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of campaigns.
9. Proactively identify and resolve any potential issues or conflicts.
10. Perform other tasks as assigned.
