Parts Inventory Specialist
Establishing that parts are accurately inventoried and displayed to their best advantage. Performing regular physical inventory counts and informing management of possible variances Cleaning, inspecting and inventorying used Caterpillar machinery parts. Participating in planning the storage layout of inventory throughout the facility. Becoming the point of contact between the sales team, office, and operations regarding inventory issues.
Ability to be forklift certified
Knowledge of CAT parts preferred
Knowledge of the heavy equipment industry
Ability to quickly pick up on different software (SIS, Allied) and websites used (SEP, Machinery Trader)
Be available to work overtime when necessary
