
Senior Manager, Human Resources
We at Stuart Weitzman are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Manager of Human Resources to lead our HR team. Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure all initiatives are completed on time and to the highest standard.
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that are in line with organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to HR.
- Analyze and monitor HR data to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Create and maintain a positive workplace culture, fostering an environment of respect and collaboration.
- Provide counsel and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related topics.
- Remain up to date on industry trends and best practices.
