Job Description

We at Stuart Weitzman are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Manager of Human Resources to lead our HR team. This position requires a strategic, solutions-oriented individual who is eager to help our organization reach its goals through proactive HR initiatives. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure all initiatives are completed on time and to the highest standard.
  2. Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that are in line with organizational goals and objectives.
  3. Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  5. Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support as needed.
  6. Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to HR.
  7. Analyze and monitor HR data to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  8. Create and maintain a positive workplace culture, fostering an environment of respect and collaboration.
  9. Provide counsel and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related topics.
  10. Remain up to date on industry trends and best practices.
