Job Description

We’re searching for an Omni-Channel Initiatives Associate to join our Stuart Weitzman team! We’re looking for a collaborative and creative individual who is passionate about building connections with customers and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is an integral role within our organization and you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives to drive customer engagement and brand loyalty.The ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically. You should have a combination of marketing and digital acumen with a strong understanding of the omni-channel retail landscape. We’re looking for someone who has a strong understanding of analytics and performance metrics, and is able to translate data into actionable insights.If you’re highly organized, have the ability to manage multiple projects, and are looking to make a lasting impact, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute omni-channel initiatives to drive customer engagement and brand loyalty.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize and implement effective initiatives.
  3. Analyze analytics and performance metrics to evaluate initiatives and identify areas of improvement.
  4. Manage multiple projects and ensure projects remain on track and within budget.
  5. Utilize digital and marketing acumen to craft effective customer experiences.
  6. Stay up-to-date on the latest omni-channel retail landscape trends and best practices.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure initiatives are successful.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and engagement.
  9. Monitor customer feedback and use insights to improve customer experience.
  10. Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues.
