1. Provide solutions for global supply chain business processes
2. Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to maximize efficiency and accuracy
3. Analyze data to identify process improvements and develop solutions
4. Maintain and enhance current systems and develop new systems as needed
5. Collaborate with different business units to ensure alignment of processes and solutions
6. Provide technical guidance and support to end users
7. Develop technical documentation and training materials
8. Identify and resolve software and hardware issues
9. Monitor system performance and provide updates to management
10. Stay up-to-date on technological advancements in WMS and related software
