
Customer Experience Manager
We’re looking for a highly motivated and passionate Customer Experience Manager to join the Stuart Weitzman team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to anticipate and exceed customer expectations, build customer loyalty, and drive sales. You’ll have the opportunity to be creative and strategic to ensure our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience every time they visit us.To succeed in this role, you should have strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be passionate about delivering the best customer experience possible and have a great eye for detail. Ideally, you should also have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.If you’re ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer service goals are met.
- Monitor customer service trends and develop best practices.
- Train and mentor customer service representatives.
- Remain up-to-date on new customer service technologies and products.
