The successful applicant will be able to work independently and as part of a team. To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of two years of customer service experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. You must also have the ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Maintain customer service records and document customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of current products, services, promotions, and pricing.
- Utilize customer service ticketing system to track customer inquiries.
- Assist with other customer service related tasks as needed.
- Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to the team.
- Identify customer service trends and recommend solutions.
