We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping our customers. The successful applicant will be able to work independently and as part of a team. To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of two years of customer service experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. You must also have the ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  3. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
  4. Maintain customer service records and document customer interactions.
  5. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  6. Maintain knowledge of current products, services, promotions, and pricing.
  7. Utilize customer service ticketing system to track customer inquiries.
  8. Assist with other customer service related tasks as needed.
  9. Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to the team.
  10. Identify customer service trends and recommend solutions.
