US Immigration Specialist

We’re looking for a US Immigration Specialist to deliver an excellent experience to candidates and employees engaged in a US immigration process(es). Help new hires and current Stripes navigate the US immigration process, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications. Work closely with Recruiting, HR, and other teams to ensure employees joining with a visa have an excellent experience. Be a trusted, internal partner and resource to employees. Cultivate and manage relationships with outside counsel partners. Work with outside counsel to develop short and long-term work authorization plans for candidates in the recruiting process. Ensure application timeliness and manage deadlines. Iterate on existing processes and approaches based on the changing immigration landscape.
