Hello there! We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Manager to lead our Technical Account Management team at Stripe. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of highly skilled Technical Account Managers and ensuring the success of our clients by providing technical expertise and exceptional customer service.   1. Lead and manage the Technical Account Management team at Stripe.
  2. Ensure the success of clients by providing technical expertise and exceptional customer service.
  3. Oversee and mentor a team of highly skilled Technical Account Managers.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and drive results.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for technical issues and inquiries.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve client issues.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve the team's technical knowledge.
  8. Develop and maintain processes and procedures for the Technical Account Management team.
  9. Monitor and analyze team metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  10. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure efficient communication and resolution of technical issues.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  12. Represent Stripe and its values while interacting with clients and partners.
  13. Collaborate with other managers and leaders to drive overall company goals and initiatives.
  14. Continuously strive to enhance the client experience and improve customer satisfaction.
  15. Train and onboard new team members, providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Technical Knowledge And Experience In Relevant Fields Such As Software Engineering, Web Development, Or Data Analysis. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Coding Languages, Apis, And Other Technical Tools.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, Preferably In A Customer-Facing Role. This Includes The Ability To Motivate And Guide Team Members, As Well As Effectively Delegate Tasks And Manage Workload.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders. This Includes Strong Presentation And Negotiation Skills.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Manage Timelines, And Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously. This Includes A Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Prior Experience In Account Management Or Customer Success, Preferably In A Saas Or Technology Company. This Includes A Strong Understanding Of Customer Needs And The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
