Engineering Manager, Streaming Platform

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Streaming Platform team at Stripe. Our ideal candidate is an experienced leader, an inspiring coach, and a strategic thinker with a passion for engineering and streaming technology.You’ll be responsible for leading a team of engineers to develop and maintain our streaming platform, while ensuring that our products are of the highest quality and meet all customer expectations. You should have superb communication and management skills and be able to motivate and manage a diverse team. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of developing and launching successful products in the streaming space, and who is comfortable dealing with rapid change and uncertainty.Required Qualifications:• 5+ years of engineering management experience in a product-focused environment• Extensive knowledge of streaming technology and related best practices• Experience developing and launching successful products in the streaming space• Proven track record of effective people management and team development• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills• Ability to navigate through ambiguity and rapidly changing environments
