Job Description

We are looking for an Employee Relations People Partner to join our People Partner team here at Stripe. This individual will be an instrumental part of the People Partner team, focusing on areas such as implementing and improving frameworks, guidelines, approaches, and practices. Guide performance management cases and/or take the lead, supporting and balancing workload with People Partners. Ensure cases are handled fairly, consistently, transparently, in a timely fashion, and in line with company culture, policies, and appropriate local laws. Counsel People Partners, HR Specialists, and business leaders on ER issues, trends and risks to foster sound business decisions. Ensure that optimal decisions are made by leaders, People Partners and other stakeholders through influencing, coaching, and by providing technical expertise and sound strategy. Review and refresh training offerings depending on company needs and external regulations.

Job Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Employee Relations/Human Resources experience managing complex global investigations

  • Proven track record of positively influencing leaders, teams and stakeholders

  • Must be able to work under pressure and deal with complex issues, while maintaining composure

  • Experienced decision maker who uses good reasoning and sound judgment required
