  1. Lead and execute complex deals with strategic customers to drive revenue growth for the company.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  3. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to inform deal strategies and negotiations.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential customers.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of deals.
  6. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential deal opportunities.
  7. Develop and present compelling proposals and business cases to clients.
  8. Negotiate and finalize deals that are mutually beneficial for both the company and the client.
  9. Monitor and track progress of deals to ensure they are meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports on deal progress to senior management.
  11. Proactively identify and address any potential roadblocks or issues that may impact deal success.
  12. Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure all contracts and agreements are in compliance with company policies and standards.
  13. Continuously strive to improve deal processes and strategies to drive business growth.
  14. Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and meetings.
  15. Mentor and support other team members to achieve their goals and contribute to team success.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Sales Experience: A Successful Deal Lead At Stripe Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Closing Deals. This Includes Experience In Negotiating Complex Deals And Managing Sales Pipelines.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective Communication Skills Are Essential For A Deal Lead, As This Role Involves Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams, Managing Client Relationships, And Presenting To Senior Leadership. The Candidate Should Be Able To Articulate Complex Ideas And Build Rapport With Stakeholders.

  • Leadership Experience: A Deal Lead Should Have Experience In Managing And Leading Teams, Including Coaching And Mentoring Team Members. This Role Requires The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Others Towards A Common Goal, As Well As The Ability To Make Tough Decisions And Drive Results.
