Job Description

At Stripe, our Customer Service, International team is dedicated to providing world-class service to our customers around the globe. We strive to create an exceptional customer experience for our customers who speak English, Spanish, French, and other languages. We're looking for a Customer Service expert to join our team who has a passion for helping people and a drive to exceed customer expectations. The successful candidate should have previous customer service experience, excellent communication and people skills, and be able to think on their feet. You should be a patient, empathetic problem solver who can take ownership of customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely resolutions. To be successful in this role, you should also be able to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English, Spanish, and French is preferred. Having experience using customer service software, such as Zendesk or Intercom, is a plus. If you have a passion for helping people, a commitment to exceeding customer expectations, and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment, then this is the role for you!
