  1. Develop and implement credit risk strategies to mitigate risk and drive growth for the company.
  2. Utilize strong analytical skills and business acumen to make data-driven decisions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of credit risk strategies with company goals.
  4. Monitor and analyze credit risk data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing credit risk strategies, making adjustments as needed.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to credit risk management.
  7. Communicate and present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, including senior management.
  8. Work closely with the credit risk team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  9. Manage and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors related to credit risk management.
  10. Continuously assess and improve credit risk processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and operations, to align credit risk strategies with overall company objectives.
  12. Train and mentor junior team members on credit risk principles and procedures.
  13. Proactively identify and escalate potential credit risks to senior management.
  14. Represent the company in meetings and negotiations related to credit risk management.
  15. Contribute to the development and implementation of new credit risk tools and technologies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Quantitative Field Such As Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Or Finance.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Credit Risk Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Or Payments Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Deep Understanding Of Statistical Modeling And Data Analysis Techniques.

  • Experience With Credit Risk Assessment And Portfolio Management, Including Developing And Implementing Strategies To Mitigate Credit Risk.

  • Proficiency In Programming And Data Analysis Tools Such As Sql, Python, And R, As Well As Experience With Data Visualization And Reporting Tools.
