- Develop and implement credit risk strategies: The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and implement credit risk strategies for Stripe. This includes analyzing data and market trends to identify potential risks, and creating plans to mitigate and manage those risks.
- Utilize analytical skills: As a Credit Risk Strategist, you will be expected to leverage your strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions. This will involve using various statistical and mathematical techniques to analyze and model credit risk.
- Stay updated on financial risk management: It will be your responsibility to stay current with industry developments and best practices in financial risk management. This will involve researching and staying informed about new regulations, technologies, and trends in credit risk management.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Quantitative Field Such As Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Or Statistics.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Credit Risk Management Or Analytics, Preferably Within The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Manipulate Large Datasets Using Statistical Software Such As Sas, R, Or Python.
Familiarity With Credit Risk Models And Methodologies, Such As Pd, Lgd, And Ead Models, As Well As Experience With Stress Testing And Scenario Analysis.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Findings To Senior Management.
