Job Description

Build and own Stripe’s corporate model for headcount and related expenses (cash comp+benefits+equity). Lead strategic planning for the People & Recruiting organization (e.g., Business Reviews, Forecasts, Annual Budget, and Long Range Plans). Manage the month-end close and BvA process for the People & Recruiting organization, partnering closely with colleagues in Corporate F&S and Controllership. Leverage your financial background to support and influence key strategic and business decisions. Develop and monitor critical success metrics, and communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders. We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. Job Qualifications

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in corporate FP&A or FP&A for Core G&A functions

  • Experience driving and executing on finance processes (e.g. budget, forecast reviews, negotiations)

  • The ability to bring structure to ambiguous areas of opportunity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment

  • Experience working at a high-growth technology or financial services company
