1. Design and implement robust and scalable backend systems for Stripe's Capital division.

11. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates, escalate issues, and share ideas and feedback.
12. Actively participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
13. Mentor and onboard new team members, and contribute to the continuous learning and growth of the team.
14. Adhere to security and compliance standards to ensure the protection of sensitive data.
