- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive new business growth for the SMB team.
- Identify and target potential clients in the small and medium-sized business market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on potential clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product teams, to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively position Stripe's solutions in the market.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Stripe, representing the company's values and mission to potential and existing clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Continuously seek out new business opportunities and proactively nurture leads.
- Actively contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
- Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and development opportunities.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Smb Market.
Strong Understanding Of Payment Processing And E-Commerce Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Relationships With Clients.
Ability To Thrive In A Fast-Paced And Constantly Changing Environment, With A Strong Drive For Results And Meeting Sales Targets.
