Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our SMB team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing relationships with small and medium-sized businesses. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong sales background and a passion for working with entrepreneurs and small businesses.   1. Acquire and manage relationships with small and medium-sized businesses to drive revenue growth.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
  3. Identify potential sales opportunities and convert leads into customers.
  4. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify potential customers.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of new clients.
  7. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the SMB team.
  8. Act as a brand ambassador for Stripe and effectively communicate our mission and value proposition to potential clients.
  9. Use Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain accurate records.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports on sales and customer interactions.
  11. Continuously improve and develop sales techniques, processes, and strategies.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and competitors' products and services.
  13. Represent Stripe at networking events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  14. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted campaigns for lead generation.
  15. Act as a mentor and provide support to junior sales team members.
