  1. Develop and maintain relationships with SMB clients to understand their business needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  2. Identify and target potential SMB clients through various means, such as networking events, cold calling, and leveraging industry knowledge.
  3. Manage a pipeline of SMB clients and effectively prioritize outreach and follow-up activities.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  5. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  6. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the SMB market.
  7. Educate clients on the features and benefits of Stripe products and services.
  8. Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  9. Generate and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with potential clients.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in CRM system.
  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
  12. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to optimize sales performance and efficiency.
  13. Stay updated on competitors' activities and offerings to inform sales strategies and stay ahead in the market.
  14. Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and provide support and guidance to junior team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Sales Or Account Management Role, Preferably Within The Tech Or Financial Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Consistently Achieving Or Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Knowledge Of The Smb Market And Experience Working With Small To Medium-Sized Businesses.
