Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sustainability Specialist to join our team at Stella McCartney! This is an exciting opportunity to help us continue to grow and develop our sustainability initiatives. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, who is highly organized and motivated to make a positive impact in the world of fashion. Our ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field such as environmental science or sustainability, experience in the fashion industry, and a deep understanding of sustainability issues. Familiarity with ethical supply chain management and CSR reporting would be a plus. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage sustainability initiatives for Stella McCartney
  2. Monitor and evaluate ethical supply chain management and CSR reporting
  3. Research and analyze sustainability issues in the fashion industry
  4. Create and implement sustainability strategies and best practices
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure sustainability goals are met
  6. Establish processes and procedures to ensure compliance with sustainability objectives
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and organizations to stay abreast of sustainability trends
  8. Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners
  9. Identify ways to reduce the environmental impact of Stella McCartney products
  10. Educate internal teams and external partners on sustainability initiatives and best practices
