Responsibilities:

1. Provide an excellent customer service experience to all customers, ensuring satisfaction with their purchase.
2. Represent the Stella McCartney brand in a professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic manner.
3. Assist customers with selecting the appropriate items, and answering questions about products and their features.
4. Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends, new product lines, and promotions.
5. Offer suggestions to customers to encourage additional purchases.
6. Demonstrate strong attention to detail when completing sales transactions.
7. Process payments and ensure accuracy of all transactions.
8. Assist with restocking shelves and product displays.
9. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
10. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
