Responsibilities:
- Develop creative design concepts that are in line with the brand's sustainable values
- Produce inspiring design that captures the essence of the brand
- Lead the design team to create innovative and unique designs
- Monitor current fashion trends and develop strategies to incorporate them into the brand
- Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Maintain a high level of organization and oversee the creative process from conception to completion
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the designs fit the brand's objectives and target market
- Oversee all creative activities and ensure they are in line with the brand's vision and mission
- Provide guidance and direction to the design team to ensure the highest level of quality and creativity
