We are seeking an individual with a strong vision and an appreciation for the values of sustainable fashion. This position requires an eye for detail, an understanding of the luxury fashion industry, and a willingness to lead. The Creative Director will be a decisive leader, an out-of-the-box thinker, and a team-player. The Creative Director must demonstrate a deep understanding of the fashion industry and the latest trends, and have a passion for developing new ideas. They must also be highly organized and have excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop creative design concepts that are in line with the brand's sustainable values
  2. Produce inspiring design that captures the essence of the brand
  3. Lead the design team to create innovative and unique designs
  4. Monitor current fashion trends and develop strategies to incorporate them into the brand
  5. Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  6. Maintain a high level of organization and oversee the creative process from conception to completion
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the designs fit the brand's objectives and target market
  8. Oversee all creative activities and ensure they are in line with the brand's vision and mission
  9. Provide guidance and direction to the design team to ensure the highest level of quality and creativity
  10. Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met
