- Lead and manage all aspects of the company's workforce analytics function.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies and solutions to support workforce planning and decision-making.
- Analyze and interpret complex data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to workforce performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement action plans based on data analysis and insights.
- Design and maintain dashboards and other reporting tools to provide real-time insights and enable data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in workforce analytics, and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Communicate complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Provide guidance and training to HR and other teams on how to effectively leverage workforce data for decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing quality control processes and protocols.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and promote the use of workforce analytics throughout the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Human Resources, Statistics, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Workforce Analytics Or Related Field, Preferably In The Financial Industry.
Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Draw Insights From Complex Data Sets.
Proficiency In Data Visualization Tools And Advanced Excel Skills.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.
