Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Analyze vendor performance and identify areas of improvement.
- Manage vendor onboarding and off-boarding processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize vendor relationships.
- Monitor vendor activity and provide feedback to ensure performance meets contractual requirements.
- Track and report on vendor costs and performance metrics.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Investigate and resolve vendor disputes and disputes related to vendor contracts.
- Provide guidance and support to other departments on vendor management policies and procedures.
