Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  2. Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  3. Analyze vendor performance and identify areas of improvement.
  4. Manage vendor onboarding and off-boarding processes.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to optimize vendor relationships.
  6. Monitor vendor activity and provide feedback to ensure performance meets contractual requirements.
  7. Track and report on vendor costs and performance metrics.
  8. Establish and maintain effective communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  9. Investigate and resolve vendor disputes and disputes related to vendor contracts.
  10. Provide guidance and support to other departments on vendor management policies and procedures.
