Staff Security Architect – Identity & Privileged Access

11. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies
12. Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and compliance standards to ensure State Street's adherence to them
13. Lead and mentor junior security team members
14. Continuously assess and improve security processes and procedures for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
