
Staff Security Architect – Identity & Privileged Access

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our identity and privileged access security solutions. - Design and implement identity and privileged access security solutions for State Street
- Maintain and update existing security systems and processes to ensure the protection of critical data and assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify security needs and implement appropriate solutions
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement necessary changes
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in identity and privileged access management and make recommendations for improvement
- Create and maintain documentation related to security architecture and procedures
- Train and educate employees on security protocols and best practices
- Participate in incident response and investigation as needed
- Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to identify and respond to potential threats
- Work with vendors and third-party providers to ensure the security of systems and data
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and compliance standards to ensure State Street's adherence to them
- Lead and mentor junior security team members
- Continuously assess and improve security processes and procedures for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Extensive Knowledge Of Identity And Privileged Access Management (Iam/Pam) Technologies, Including Experience With Industry Leading Solutions Such As Sailpoint, Cyberark, And Okta.
Demonstrated Experience Designing And Implementing Secure Iam/Pam Solutions For Large, Complex Organizations, Preferably Within The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Current Security Threats And Vulnerabilities Related To Identity And Privileged Access, With The Ability To Proactively Identify And Mitigate Risks.
Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams, Including Experience With Project Management And Budget Oversight.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
