  1. Lead the development and implementation of Java-based applications for our financial services company.
  2. Utilize full stack development skills to support the design and creation of innovative solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and implement solutions, and deliver high-quality code.
  4. Research and analyze new technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our products.
  5. Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and coding standards.
  6. Ensure code quality through testing and debugging processes.
  7. Work closely with project managers to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
  8. Participate in code reviews and contribute to a positive team culture.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and any potential roadblocks.
  11. Stay current with industry developments and advancements in Java and full stack development.
  12. Adhere to company coding standards and contribute to the improvement of development processes.
  13. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure high-quality and bug-free code.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Java Development: A Senior Java Full Stack Developer At State Street Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Developing Java-Based Applications. They Should Also Have A Deep Understanding Of Java Frameworks, Such As Spring, Hibernate, And Struts.

  • Full Stack Development Expertise: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Both Front-End And Back-End Development. They Should Be Well-Versed In Modern Front-End Technologies Like Html, Css, And Javascript, As Well As Have Experience With Server-Side Technologies Like Node.js And Angular.

  • Strong Database Knowledge: State Street's Senior Java Full Stack Developer Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Database Management, Including Sql And Nosql Databases. They Should Also Have Experience With Data Modeling And Database Design.

  • Agile Methodologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Familiar With Agile Methodologies And Have Experience Working In An Agile Environment. They Should Have Experience With Agile Tools Like Jira And Be Able To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
