- Serve as a senior member of the fund administration team, specializing in alternative investments such as private equity and real assets.
- Provide high-quality service to clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
- Utilize extensive knowledge of alternative investments to assist in the administration of complex fund structures and transactions.
- Support the Private Equity & Real Assets team in managing a diverse portfolio of clients, including fund managers and investors.
- Collaborate with various internal teams, including legal, compliance, and accounting, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services to clients.
- Conduct regular reviews of fund documentation and investor agreements to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Proactively identify and resolve any potential issues or risks related to fund operations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the team, providing guidance and mentoring to junior members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments related to alternative investments, and use this knowledge to inform and improve fund administration processes.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders in a professional and timely manner, providing updates and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, to maintain a high level of accuracy and integrity in all work performed.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Fund Administration, Specifically With Private Equity And Real Estate Funds.
Strong Understanding Of Alternative Investment Products And Industry Regulations.
Knowledge Of Ais (Alternative Investment Solutions) Platform And Experience With Private Equity And Real Estate Fund Accounting Systems.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Setting.
