Job Description

State Street is in search of a Senior Cloud Incident Responder to join our team. As part of our Information Security Team, the Senior Cloud Incident Responder will be responsible for leading the response to security incidents and data breaches in the cloud.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience with cloud platforms, incident response processes, and various security tools. They will possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to stay calm and focused while working in a fast-paced environment.We are looking for someone who is passionate about security and who wants to help ensure the safety and security of our customers and our employees. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the response to security incidents and data breaches in the cloud
  2. Possess a strong technical background and expertise in cloud platforms, incident response processes, and various security tools
  3. Analyze security threats and vulnerabilities
  4. Develop remediation plans and procedures for security incidents
  5. Monitor incident response processes for effectiveness
  6. Generate reports on incident response activities
  7. Investigate and analyze potential data breaches
  8. Provide technical guidance and support to the Information Security Team
  9. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of security threats and best practices
  10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the safety and security of State Street's customers and employees
