Welcome to State Street! We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Audit Manager to join our team in overseeing our Global Treasury operations. As a leading financial services provider, our Global Treasury department plays a critical role in managing the liquidity and risk of our organization. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of talented auditors, while also collaborating with key stakeholders across various business units. We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in treasury operations and audit experience.   1. Oversee the Global Treasury operations and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  2. Lead a team of auditors and provide guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality work and continuous development.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders across various business units to understand their needs and incorporate them into audit plans.
  4. Develop and implement audit strategies and plans to assess the effectiveness of controls and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk-based audit programs to mitigate potential risks.
  6. Perform detailed and comprehensive audits of treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity management, and foreign exchange.
  7. Review and assess the adequacy of internal controls and procedures related to treasury operations.
  8. Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and work with them to implement corrective actions.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in treasury operations and incorporate them into audit processes.
  10. Ensure timely completion of audit projects, meeting all internal and external deadlines.
  11. Participate in the hiring and training of new auditors.
  12. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Global Treasury Management: The Senior Audit Manager At State Street Must Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Managing Global Treasury Operations, Including Cash Management, Liquidity Risk Management, And Foreign Exchange.

  • Strong Financial And Regulatory Knowledge: The Ideal Candidate Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of Financial Markets, Regulatory Requirements, And Industry Best Practices Related To Global Treasury Operations. This Includes Knowledge Of Basel Iii, Dodd-Frank, And Other Relevant Regulations.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Senior Audit Manager, The Candidate Must Have Exceptional Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Auditors. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing A High-Performing Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Senior Audit Manager Must Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Both Internal And External Stakeholders. This Includes Presenting Audit Findings To Senior Management And Collaborating With Other Departments Within The Organization.

  • Professional Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Relevant Professional Qualifications Such As Certified Public Accountant (Cpa), Certified Internal Auditor (Cia), Or Certified Treasury Professional (Ctp). These Qualifications Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of Accounting Principles, Internal Audit Processes, And Treasury Management.
