Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a comprehensive sales strategy for a specific segment of the financial services industry.
  2. Manage a team of sales professionals to ensure that strategies are implemented and goals are met.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with clients and suppliers.
  4. Monitor and evaluate sales performance and provide feedback to maximize sales effectiveness.
  5. Identify new opportunities for revenue growth within the segment.
  6. Develop and execute plans to increase sales and market share.
  7. Analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend strategies to capitalize on them.
  8. Design and implement sales training programs to ensure that sales staff are equipped to perform effectively.
  9. Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to ensure that the organization remains competitive.
  10. Actively participate in professional organizations and industry events to increase brand visibility and establish relationships.
