- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of State Street's business operations and processes, as well as our clients' needs and expectations.
- Utilize extensive knowledge of Salesforce to manage and enhance the platform, including customization, configuration, and integration with other systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement new features and enhancements to the Salesforce platform.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in Salesforce, and proactively make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
- Train and support end-users on Salesforce functionality and best practices, ensuring successful adoption and usage of the platform.
- Create and maintain documentation for system processes, procedures, and configurations.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce.
- Act as a subject matter expert for all things Salesforce, providing guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Participate in project planning and execution, providing expertise on Salesforce capabilities and potential solutions to meet business needs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes related to Salesforce usage and administration.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and report on system performance and enhancements.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks, issues, and roadblocks related to Salesforce.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience As A Salesforce Specialist, With A Strong Understanding Of Salesforce Architecture And Functionality.
Proven Experience In Managing And Leading A Team Of Salesforce Professionals.
Salesforce Administrator And/Or Developer Certifications.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Liaise With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
