  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of State Street's business operations and processes, as well as our clients' needs and expectations.
  2. Utilize extensive knowledge of Salesforce to manage and enhance the platform, including customization, configuration, and integration with other systems.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement new features and enhancements to the Salesforce platform.
  4. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in Salesforce, and proactively make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
  6. Train and support end-users on Salesforce functionality and best practices, ensuring successful adoption and usage of the platform.
  7. Create and maintain documentation for system processes, procedures, and configurations.
  8. Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert for all things Salesforce, providing guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders.
  10. Participate in project planning and execution, providing expertise on Salesforce capabilities and potential solutions to meet business needs.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve processes related to Salesforce usage and administration.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and report on system performance and enhancements.
  13. Proactively identify and address potential risks, issues, and roadblocks related to Salesforce.
  14. Embrace and promote State Street's values of innovation, teamwork, and excellence in all aspects of the role.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience As A Salesforce Specialist, With A Strong Understanding Of Salesforce Architecture And Functionality.

  • Proven Experience In Managing And Leading A Team Of Salesforce Professionals.

  • Salesforce Administrator And/Or Developer Certifications.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Liaise With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
