  1. Perform fund accounting and administration tasks for a diverse portfolio of real estate, private equity, and infrastructure funds.
  2. Utilize expertise in fund accounting and administration to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  3. Conduct detailed analysis of fund performance, financial statements, and investor reports.
  4. Collaborate with team members to compile and review financial data and ensure accuracy.
  5. Stay updated on industry developments and regulations related to real assets.
  6. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or discrepancies in fund accounting and administration.
  7. Communicate with clients and investors to address any inquiries or concerns.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions and reports.
  9. Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members on fund accounting and administration best practices.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as tax and legal, to ensure all fund accounting and administration requirements are met.
  13. Continuously strive for high-quality and accurate work to meet client expectations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Fund Accounting And Administration, Preferably In The Real Assets Or Private Equity Sector.

  • Strong Understanding Of Accounting Principles, Financial Statements, And Fund Structures.

  • Proficiency In Accounting Software And Systems, Such As Investran, Yardi, Or Similar Platforms.

  • Ability To Work Independently And In A Team-Oriented Environment, With Strong Communication And Analytical Skills.
