  1. Serve as a subject matter expert on fixed income and derivative products for the company.
  2. Educate and train clients on the features, benefits, and risks associated with these financial products.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions for clients.
  5. Stay informed on industry trends and changes in the fixed income and derivative markets, and share insights with clients and colleagues.
  6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for product development and enhancement.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of the company's products, services, and policies.
  8. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of services.
  9. Participate in product demonstrations, presentations, and conferences to showcase the company's offerings.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance the client experience and increase efficiency.
  11. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  12. Provide support to clients during onboarding and integration processes.
  13. Adhere to industry regulations and company policies and procedures.
  14. Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  15. Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Fixed Income And Derivatives Products, Preferably In A Financial Services Or Investment Management Firm.

  • Strong Understanding And Knowledge Of Financial Markets, Including Interest Rates, Credit Spreads, And Risk Management Strategies.

  • Proficiency In Using Bloomberg Or Other Financial Data Platforms To Analyze And Monitor Fixed Income And Derivatives Portfolios.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Concepts To Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
