We are currently seeking a talented and driven Product Manager to join our team and oversee our Global Custody offering. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing our Global Custody product strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, drive product innovation, and enhance client satisfaction.   1. Develop and manage the product strategy for our Global Custody offering in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends and customer needs to drive product innovation and differentiation.
  3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
  4. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning and messaging that effectively communicates the value proposition to clients.
  5. Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market demand.
  6. Monitor product performance and provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
  7. Develop and manage product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of new features and enhancements.
  8. Conduct training and provide guidance to sales and customer service teams on product features and benefits.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure product compliance and competitive positioning.
  10. Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment of product offerings across regions.
  11. Foster strong relationships with clients and gather feedback to continuously improve product offerings.
  12. Manage product budgets and resource allocation to effectively meet business objectives.
  13. Represent the company and our Global Custody product at industry events and conferences.
  14. Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance and make recommendations for improvements or adjustments as needed.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert for the Global Custody product within the company and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Global Custody Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Custody Services, Including Trade Settlement, Asset Servicing, And Custody Administration

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing New Products Or Services In The Financial Industry

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate With Clients And Stakeholders At All Levels.
