  1. Manage a portfolio of clients in the private equity sector, ensuring their financial reporting needs are met accurately and in a timely manner.
  2. Utilize strong accounting skills to review and analyze financial statements, ensuring they are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
  3. Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any questions or concerns and providing timely updates on their financial reports.
  4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations, and proactively implement any necessary updates to processes and procedures.
  6. Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in financial reporting.
  7. Provide guidance and support to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and knowledge in private equity fund accounting.
  8. Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
  9. Adhere to strict confidentiality and security protocols when handling sensitive financial information.
  10. Represent State Street in a professional and positive manner, demonstrating our commitment to excellence in financial services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Private Equity Fund Accounting And Administration

  • Strong Understanding Of Gaap And Fund Accounting Principles

  • Experience With Various Accounting Software, Such As Advent Geneva Or Investran

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
