- Provide exceptional service to top-tier private equity clients.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of private equity and fund accounting principles and practices.
- Support all aspects of fund accounting and administration for assigned private equity clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a professional manner.
- Analyze financial data and reports to identify any discrepancies or potential issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all fund accounting and administration activities.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to enhance knowledge and contribute to team success.
- Train and mentor junior team members as needed.
- Represent State Street with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Private Equity Fund Accounting And Administration.
Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, And Communication Skills.
Strong Knowledge Of Gaap, Ifrs, And Other Accounting Principles.
Experience With Various Accounting Software And Systems, Such As Investran, Efront, Or Geneva.
