  3. Support all aspects of fund accounting and administration for assigned private equity clients.
  4. Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a professional manner.
  6. Analyze financial data and reports to identify any discrepancies or potential issues.
  7. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized records of all fund accounting and administration activities.
  9. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to enhance knowledge and contribute to team success.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members as needed.
  12. Represent State Street with professionalism and integrity at all times.
  13. Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively seek solutions to any challenges.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Private Equity Fund Accounting And Administration.

  • Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, And Communication Skills.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Gaap, Ifrs, And Other Accounting Principles.

  • Experience With Various Accounting Software And Systems, Such As Investran, Efront, Or Geneva.
