Job Description

State Street is looking for an innovative and experienced PMO Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management operations and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This role requires an individual with strong organizational and communication skills, a demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams, and an aptitude for managing multiple projects.To succeed in this role, the PMO Manager should have a minimum of five years of experience in project management and/or a related field. In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and processes is essential, as is the ability to drive the successful completion of projects. The successful candidate will also have a solid understanding of technical aspects of project management, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder management. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.Above all, the PMO Manager should be a collaborative leader who is passionate about achieving success through innovative solutions. Responsibilites:

  1. Lead high-performing teams and ensure successful completion of projects.
  2. Monitor project progress, budgeting, scheduling, risk management and stakeholder management.
  3. Develop and implement innovative solutions to streamline project management operations.
  4. Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
  5. Maintain up-to-date records of project progress and budgets.
  6. Identify areas of improvement and implement effective strategies to enhance project management operations.
  7. Develop project plans and ensure successful execution of project milestones.
  8. Analyze and report project performance to stakeholders.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful project completion.
  10. Provide guidance and support to project teams.
