- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
- Utilize expertise in performance measurement and reporting to analyze and interpret data, and provide insights to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of performance reports and analysis.
- Act as a subject matter expert on performance measurement and reporting, providing guidance and support to clients and colleagues.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns raised by clients, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in performance measurement and reporting.
- Communicate with clients in a clear and professional manner, demonstrating a client-centric mindset.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company.
- Effectively manage multiple client relationships and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss performance results and address any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and issues, and provide regular updates to management.
- Continuously strive to improve client satisfaction and retention through proactive and efficient service delivery.
- Adhere to all compliance and regulatory requirements related to performance measurement and reporting.
- Mentor and train junior team members to ensure a high level of performance and service delivery across the team.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Performance And Analytics Within The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Investment Products, Market Trends, And Industry Regulations.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Data.
Previous Experience In Client Relationship Management And A Proven Track Record Of Delivering High-Quality Service To Clients.
