  1. Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
  2. Utilize expertise in performance measurement and reporting to analyze and interpret data, and provide insights to clients.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of performance reports and analysis.
  4. Act as a subject matter expert on performance measurement and reporting, providing guidance and support to clients and colleagues.
  5. Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns raised by clients, ensuring prompt resolution.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in performance measurement and reporting.
  7. Communicate with clients in a clear and professional manner, demonstrating a client-centric mindset.
  8. Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company.
  9. Effectively manage multiple client relationships and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  10. Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss performance results and address any questions or concerns.
  11. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience.
  12. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and issues, and provide regular updates to management.
  13. Continuously strive to improve client satisfaction and retention through proactive and efficient service delivery.
  14. Adhere to all compliance and regulatory requirements related to performance measurement and reporting.
  15. Mentor and train junior team members to ensure a high level of performance and service delivery across the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Performance And Analytics Within The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Investment Products, Market Trends, And Industry Regulations.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Data.

  • Previous Experience In Client Relationship Management And A Proven Track Record Of Delivering High-Quality Service To Clients.
