  • Process accurate and timely payroll and benefits for all employees in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to payroll and benefits
  • Maintain accurate records and data for all employees, including but not limited to salary changes, benefits enrollment, and time off requests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and streamline HR processes and procedures
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and compliance efforts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve payroll and benefits processes
  • Provide outstanding customer service to employees by promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns related to payroll and benefits
  • Participate in audits and internal reviews to ensure accuracy and integrity of payroll and benefits data
  • Proactively identify and resolve any payroll or benefits discrepancies and communicate any changes or updates to employees
  • Assist with the implementation of new payroll and benefits systems and tools as needed
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on all payroll and benefits related matters for the HR team and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with external partners, such as payroll vendors and benefits providers, to ensure seamless and accurate service delivery
  • Support HR team with other operational tasks and projects as needed to contribute to the overall success of the department and company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Payroll And Benefits Administration, Preferably In A Large Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Payroll And Benefits Issues.
